Miniedit is a  text Editor features a small suite of functional tools that make writing easier.

FEATURES

1. A text editor  with various typing speeds.

2. Auto Complete (press alt).

3. Commands to work around keys that don't work (example: [x+1] to give y).

4. Calculator functionality (example: [1+1] to give 2).

5. UTF-8 characters all the time, and would opt for simple shortcuts instead.

(What are utf8 characters?  They're special symbols .For example: α, δ, Δ, etc.)

6. Screen shake.

What Miniedit is not great at:

1. Displaying all UTF-8 characters (tried a few different fonts)

2. navigating through the utf8 fonts with arrow keys (it's a good idea to skip them with (ctrl+arrow key),

3. large text files (performance issues)

It's like two months worth of work, so it'll have more perhaps. I was thinking of adding rich text, a simple musical note parser, some background importation of videos/images for say reference and some drawing tools to allow for drawing lines on the page, as you would on a regular exercise book.

I don’t want to lie I think it’s a strange editor and buggy but I like people with the same hobbies and always appreciate the work and efforts so I promise to give you a vote in the game jam. Thanks for trying my calculator. :) I hope you don’t offend.

BTW: It’s a first ranked jam for me, so i don’t know how the voting exactly works. But i will remember your project. Good luck.
